Takkada offers payment reminder automation, payment collection, and invoice reconciliation services for businesses using Tally or similar accounting systems. We also offer E-Invoicing and E-Way Bills.

2. User Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

3. Tally Integration

You authorize Takkada to access and fetch your invoice data from Tally and make changes in it for reconciliation purposes.

Any payments collected via Takkada's platform may involve third-party payment gateways. We are not liable for delays, failures, or additional charges imposed by such services.

5. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate reconciliations and updates, the final responsibility to verify and confirm the data remains with you, the business user.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform for violation of these terms or misuse of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
